Tony St Ledger is an Irish musician, songwriter based in Dublin, with a career spanning over 50 years in the Irish music scene.

Guitarist in Trouble Pilgrims (formerly The Radiators from Space) with two highly acclaimed albums

DARK SHADOWS and RUST (2017), BLOOD GLASS and GASOLINE (2021).

And now this, his debut solo album MAN ON A BRIDGE recorded at Pilgrim Sound Studios with Punk Legend Pete Holidai producing.

This concept album was realised from the song “Instant Polaroid - The Man on the Bridge” a song written by Tony which appears on Trouble Pilgrims debut album Dark Shadows and Rust (Chiswick Records).

Instant Polaroid is a snap shot song of photographer Arthur Fields who historically captured over 180,000 photographs of people crossing Dublin’s O’Connell bridge for over more than 50 years.

With a Post Punk, New Wave, Folk Rock feel to these 10 unique and original songs, of love, betrayal and loss all set up against this war torn World. Could this be one of the last albums created before the AI era consumes all our creativity?

I now invite you to explore cities as a Ghost, kill Vampires, get committed to a Psychiatric Ward, walk Hallowed Halls on this pilgrimage to find truth and light and *SHINE. In this throw-away world of deep fake AI and endless music streaming, it was hugely important for me to create a physical manifestation of my music on a 180 gram Jet Black Vinyl Record and 16-bit/44.1kHz CD.
